The state secured a total of nine medals, comprising six gold, two silver, and one bronze, showcasing dominance across multiple sports. Oyo State holds second place with six medals, including four gold, while Lagos ranks third with ten medals: three gold, four silver, and three bronze. Cross River and Rivers States complete the top five, though specific medal counts for these states were not detailed. Defending champions Delta State, surprisingly, sit in seventh place with only one gold, one silver, and one bronze, as just 18 of the participating states have won at least one medal after three days of competition.
